Vietnam FesTRIval Binh Thuan 2023 to be kicked off

From March 10 to 12, the Vietnam FesTRIval Binh Thuan 2023 will be taken place
at Bau Trang National Scenic Site (Hoa Thang Commune, Bac Binh).
According to the
Organizing Committee, Vietnam FesTRIval Binh Thuan 2023 is an entertainment
festival combining triathlon (swimming - cycling - running) first time in
Vietnam. The tournament consists of two individual distances: 70.3 km (1.9 km
swimming, 90 km cycling, 21.1 km running) and 56.50 km (950 m swimming, 45 km
cycling, 10.55 km running). Currently, there are 200 eligible qualified an
unqualified male and female athletes, both domestic and foreign, registered.
The tournament will start at Bau Trang lake, follow the Hoa Thang - Hoa Phu street
and finish at Bau Trang U & Me Resort.
With
unique features of terrain (Swimming on Bau Trang Lake, Cycling and running on
Bau Trang - Hoa Thang - Hoa Phu route), in terms of organizational content,
Vietnam FesTRIval will be one of the most attractive and especially events for
the triathlon community in Vietnam in 2023. And it is expected that in the
following years Vietnam FesTRIval will be an annual destination for the Vietnamese
and worldwide triathlon community.
The successful
organization of the tournament will contribute to bring Binh Thuan into a
national marine sports center, promote the image of Binh Thuan tourism, create
a sustainable tourism environment in the future Mui Ne National Tourist Area.
This is also a sports activity in the series of events in response to the
Opening Ceremony of the Visit Vietnam Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Tourism
Comes Together" funded and social mobilized by Stop and Sports Co., Ltd.
Accompanying the
tournament, Binh Thuan Radio and Television Station (BTV) will continuously
update the attractive activities on the sidelines as well as report the entire
tournament live on television and digital platforms of Binh Thuan Radio and
Television Station.
