to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, due to the
influence of cold air with stable intensity after weakening, the sea area from
Quang Tri to Binh Thuan today and tonight (May 04) will have strong
northeasterly winds of level 6, gusts of level 7 – 8 with rough sea . In the
North of the East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa Islands) on May 04,
there is a strong northeasterly wind of level 6, gusts of level 7-8, and rough
seas. The sea from Quang Tri to Binh Thuan and the North of the East Sea has
high waves from 2.0 - 4.0 m. Warning level of disaster risk due to strong winds
at sea: level 1.
The National Center
for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting also gives warns of flash floods,
landslides and local flooding in the provinces: Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dong
Nai.
On May 03, the Provincial
Hydro-Meteorological Station also gave warns of flash floods and landslides along
rivers and streams in Binh Thuan area. Specifically, due to the influence of
heavy rain, there is a risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous and slope
areas; Flash floods, local flooding in low-lying areas on Dinh and Phan rivers
in Ham Tan and Ham Thuan Nam districts.
It is known that on
May 03, Binh Thuan province had rain, moderate to heavy rain in several areas,
the amount of rain measured from 22:00 on May 02 to 04:00 on May 03 at Thang
Hai was 70.8 mm, Tan Phuoc was 42.4 mm, Phuoc Hoi was 40.6 mm, Tan Thang was 38.2
mm, Ke Ga was 33.9 mm, Ma Lam was 26.8 mm, Tan Tien was 26. 2mm, Tan Lap was 24.4
mm, Nga Ba was 46.22 mm.
