Youth Development Program 2022 of Binh Thuan province

Provincial People's Committee has just signed and promulgated the Plan no.
418/KH-UBND on the implementation of the Youth Development Program 2022 of Binh
Thuan province.
The plan is set out
for the purpose of effectively implementing the goals and targets of the Youth
Development Program of Binh Thuan province; raising awareness and
responsibilities of all levels and sectors about the position and role of youth
in the new period, ensuring the implementation of state management of youth
becomes a key task of agencies and organizations in 2022. At the same time,
promoting the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations in
supervising the implementation of policies on the youth.
Accordingly, the Plan
has set out six specific goals, such as: Propaganda, dissemination and
education on legal, providing information on counseling and legal support for
young people; Educating, improving knowledge and skills, creating conditions
for young people to have equal opportunities for study, research and
innovation; Improving the quality of vocational training and creating
sustainable jobs for young people to develop high-quality young human
resources; Protecting, caring for and improving the health of young people;
Improving the cultural and spiritual life of young people; Promoting the role
of youth in participating in socio-economic development and national defense.
