Youth Union members and the youth contribute to the prevention and control of COVID-19

In the morning of 11/7/2021, at the headquarters of the Youth Union of Binh
Thuan province, the Standing Board of Provincial Youth Union launched the
program "the Bus of Youth - Love Sharing". Through the program, union
members and young people will directly visit and donate the frontline forces
fighting the epidemic, children and people isolated in concentrated isolation
areas, children and people under difficult circumstances directly affected by
COVID-19 epidemic in all districts, towns, cities and the armed forces units.
Identifying the
prevention and control of COVID-19 as one of the key contents of the Summer
Volunteer Youth Campaign, an essential task of the youth, the Standing Board of
the Provincial Youth Union has directed the Youth Union at all levels to
implement many measures, programs and activities to join hands in epidemic
prevention and control. "The Bus of Youth - Love sharing " is one of
the programs in those series of activities, thereby, it demonstrates
responsibility and clearly portrays the image of youth in contributing to repel
the epidemic.

At the launching, the
Standing Board of the Provincial Youth Union deployed 18 trips, carrying
medical tools for epidemic prevention and control, essentials (medical
protective clothing, antiseptic water, medical masks, protective eyeglass,
filtered water, energy drinks, rice, fish sauce, salt, seasoning powder,
cooking oil, eggs, canned meat, sweet potatoes, dragon fruits, etc.) to visit
and gift to the frontline anti-epidemic forces, children and people isolated in
the concentrated isolation areas, children and people in difficult circumstances
directly affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in all districts, towns, cities and
the armed forces. The total value of gifts in this program is over 1.2 billion
dong.

In front of the complicated
developments of COVID-19, the Standing Board of the Provincial Youth Union sent
out a message of love sharing, thereby calling on the benefactors, sponsors,
companies and businesses to join hands in supporting the prevention and control
of COVID-19. After a week of implementation, the program has received the
response, cooperation, consensus and share of many organizations, businesses,
and sponsors.
In the coming time,
the Provincial Youth Union will continue to deploy many buses of youth - love
sharing, the program "Mobile rice ATM" to localities in the province,
contributing the young with local authorities and functional forces to timely
control and soon repel COVID-19 epidemic./.
